Meet Sacha and what he brings to the With Heart and Grace team…

Available face to face in NSW Northern Rivers, with 15 years of frontline community work and volunteer roles.

“I would like my life to be a statement of love and compassion, and where it isn’t, that’s where my work lies” Ram Das

We Rise by Lifting Others

You know yourself better than anyone else does. Therefore you already have the tools and knowledge within to bring healing and happiness into your life and your community; to go confidently in the direction of your dreams and to live the life you have imagined.

We will walk side by side collaboratively, mindfully, and compassionately to allow safe exploration and unpacking of identified areas of mental, physical, and spiritual concern and obstacles. We will cultivate, raise, and uplift your self-awareness, enabling a beautiful pathway to emerge which realises your happiness and wellbeing.

My therapeutic framework is multidisciplinary, relational, and holistic. It primarily encompasses Rogerian (person-centred) therapy, as well as engaging narrative therapy, existentialism, ecopsychology, and mindfulness. This is a person-centred, harm-reduction, strength-based framework to enable an alignment of your morals, ethics, and spirit.

Discover who is Sacha?

I believe in kindness and compassion, dignity and justice, equity and empathy, holism, collaboration, and the power of community. I embody this through my professional and personal life; this embodiment helps to enact real, substantive, and authentic change at individual and structural levels while serving community.

I bring to you 15 years of frontline community work and volunteer roles. I’m an advocate and educator promoting inclusion not exclusion, acknowledging inequality and injustice as preconditions for promoting human development – and that collaboration, not competition, is the basis of all life.

These ideals are encapsulated within the constructs of regenerative cultural design and living systems theory to enable individual healing, as well as political and sectoral change.

A believer of kindness, compassion, dignity, justice, equity, empathy, holism, collaboration and the power of community which I embody throughout my professional and personal life
